As IT Systemadministrator at WIN, you manage IT processes and tools across multiple locations. You ensure reliable IT functionality and facilitate change for teams in Aachen, Berlin, and Köln.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support to colleagues for hardware and software issues—on-site or remotely—including analysis and resolution of incidents.
Install, configure and maintain Apple products and support other hardware at all locations.
Maintain and manage internal systems and user accounts, and support updates and system optimizations.
Ensure a stable, secure and high-performing IT operation.
Actively support the rollout of new systems and processes—prepare changes in a clear way, bring colleagues along and ensure sustainable adoption in day-to-day work.
Create and update technical guides, documentation and internal IT processes.
Closely coordinate with external service providers and other service areas within the agency.
Support teams at our Aachen, Berlin and Cologne locations—including occasional business travel.
Requirements
You have completed vocational training in IT, or as a career changer you bring solid practical experience in IT.
You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner—even when multiple issues arise at once.
You have solid knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking technologies.
You have good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and modern cloud services.
Ideally, you have experience with macOS and creative software such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
You can communicate changes clearly and actively involve colleagues when introducing new tools and processes.
You are willing to occasionally visit our other locations to provide support.
