Responsibilities
Implementation: You support our clients in the introduction and customization of our ERP solutions — from analysis and concept development through to production rollout.
Concept development: You develop functional concepts, model processes and work closely with product management, development and business units.
Process management: You analyze and optimize business processes with a focus on materials management and incoming invoice management — from demand planning to invoice verification — and assist our clients in digitally mapping these workflows in the ERP system.
Client consulting: You conduct workshops and client interviews, analyze requirements and develop practical, applicable solutions.
Project responsibility: You take ownership of your own client projects or subprojects and ensure smooth project execution.
Continuous improvement: You actively contribute to the ongoing development of our consulting standards, tools and methods within the consulting team.
Requirements
ERP expertise: You are familiar with ERP systems and their business-related contexts.
Process understanding: You understand end-to-end business processes and can analyze, document and optimize them in a structured manner.
IT affinity: You have a basic technical understanding and operate confidently at the interface between business and IT.
Methodical reliability: You have experience with software implementations or rollouts and are familiar with both traditional and agile project methods.
