About the role
- IT Support Administrator responsible for managing and optimizing Windows-Server and Remote-Desktop-Server for customers. Involves system monitoring, issue analysis, troubleshooting, and client communication.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for administering, optimizing and further developing customers' Windows Servers and Remote Desktop Servers.
- Participate in system monitoring, incident analysis and troubleshooting, supporting 2nd-level support.
- Implement security concepts and measures to secure cloud infrastructure.
- Assist with the rollout and integration of new Microsoft services and features.
- Handle direct customer communication from consultation through implementation.
Requirements
- Completed training in an IT-related field, e.g., IT specialist for system integration, or equivalent experience.
- Solid experience administering Remote Desktop Servers and basic knowledge of Windows Server environments.
- Ideally, exposure to DATEV and Exchange in an administrative context.
- Enjoy working in a team, but also comfortable working independently.
- Strong IT affinity and a passion for new technologies.
- Professional customer manner and a strong service orientation.
- Very good German language skills and good English skills.
