Responsibilities
Solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across platforms and services
Provide advanced 24x7 support for BeyondTrust PAM services
Lead onboarding of privileged users, service accounts, and platforms
Configure and maintain BeyondTrust policies, workflows, and integrations
Troubleshoot complex PAM issues and perform root cause analysis
Act as escalation point for incidents and high-priority requests
Support audits, risk reviews, and compliance assessments
Drive automation, operational improvements, and SOP updates
Mentor junior analysts and support knowledge transitions
Requirements
5–8 years of experience in PAM / IAM / Cybersecurity operations
Strong hands-on experience with BeyondTrust PAM
Solid knowledge of AD, Windows/Linux, and cloud platforms
Experience working in global 24x7 support models
Strong stakeholder coordination and incident management skills
BeyondTrust or IAM/Security certifications
Experience in large enterprise or regulated environments
