Responsibilities
As a Senior Sales Specialist, you are responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
You are accountable for the continuous development and expansion of sustainable new and existing customer relationships.
In addition, you ensure solution-oriented, individual support and advice for customers and are responsible for selling the full range of our products and services (Colocation, Managed Hosting, SAP hosting, Business Cloud & Servers, and IT outsourcing), with a focus on Cloud Native Managed Services.
Your duties also include delivering presentations at customer sites, preparing proposals (supported by Presales and Solution Architects), and leading negotiations through to contract signing.
To continually expand our product and service portfolio, you monitor the market and competitors.
Requirements
Completed degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in business or information technology, or several years of relevant professional experience.
Several years of experience selling IT solutions in a B2B environment, ideally in IT infrastructure, security, or datacenter services.
Familiarity with medium-sized and large enterprises.
Strong region-specific knowledge of the German-speaking part of Switzerland and, ideally, an existing network in the region.
Understanding of IT business models, including hybrid cloud services (public/private).
High level of commitment, persuasive ability, confident presence, and strong presentation skills.
Communicative, team-oriented personality with a pragmatic working style.
Curiosity, a drive for innovation, and willingness to travel.
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
