Responsibilities
You are responsible for the entire sales process — from initial outreach and persuasive presentations to closing deals.
You win new customers, secure strategic key accounts over time, and contribute sustainably to revenue growth.
You deliver presentations and negotiate at all management levels, maintain long-term client relationships, and identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
You qualify leads effectively, prioritize them based on data, and build a high-quality, scalable sales pipeline.
You keep your targets in focus, analyze your pipeline, and continuously optimize your sales strategies to deliver the best solutions for our customers.
You work closely with colleagues across departments to continuously develop Wemolo.
Requirements
You have already gained initial experience in B2B sales.
You are structured and analytical: you work data-driven and focus on quality and excellence.
Performance-oriented: you are ambitious and passionate about fast growth in a highly dynamic environment.
Excellent communicator: you have a strong personal presence and the drive to learn Wemolo's technology.
Languages: you have C1 German proficiency and speak fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.
Mobility: you hold a valid Class B driving license and are willing to travel regularly within Germany (approx. 10–20%).
