Requirements

Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, including ability to communicate with all levels of org chart
Have exceptional ability to articulate complex technology to non-technical audiences
Experience working with customers and focusing on improving user experience
Ability to say: “I don’t know, but I can get that answer for you” and then follow-up with the client
Project management skills: ability to juggle and evaluate competing priorities, keep stakeholders aligned, and move things across the finish line
Excellent computer skills: Adobe Acrobat, Google Suite, and all Microsoft Office Applications
A self-starter mindset and the ability to work independently (but understand we won’t leave you on an island)
