Responsibilities
Research Agency Management: Serve as the primary lead for our clients' research vendors, overseeing the execution of studies, managing complex budgets, and ensuring the high-quality delivery of insights.
Operational Architecture: Define, document, and enforce SOPs—creating the intake forms, project trackers, and decision frameworks to streamline ops.
Complex Project Management: Lead the program management for large-scale, cross-functional campaigns, coordinating timelines across Policy, Comms, and Marketing to ensure a unified launch.
Data Operations: Partner with the Technical PM to build, populate, and maintain a claims/proof points database. While they handle the build, you handle the taxonomy, data entry, and verification of claims.
Requirements
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably within a Market Research, Agency, or Operations context.
Proven ability to manage external vendors, budgets, and complex timelines.
Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs or campaigns across multiple regions.
Strong organisational skills—you are a "finisher" who ensures no detail is missed in the delivery process.
Collaborative mindset—ability to work cross-functionally with technical and creative teams to get projects over the line.
Expert proficiency in Project Management systems (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com) and experience designing intake/triage workflows for marketing teams.
Strong understanding of market research methodologies (Qualitative/Quantitative) to effectively scope projects and hold vendors accountable.
Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
