As a sales expert for our training offerings, you actively win new corporate clients, convince HR decision-makers, executive teams and personnel managers of our digital qualification solutions, and build sustainable business partnerships.
You will be part of a motivated, Germany-wide 12-person team in the central Sales QCG division of the WBS GROUP.
Together we represent a portfolio of over 3,000 training products and strengthen our position as a leading digital education provider with heart.
You find the perfect companies for the WBS GROUP and inspire them with our training offerings and funding opportunities.
Together with the team you manage a regional customer territory and have the freedom to set your own cross-regional industry focus.
You maintain trusted relationships with public funding bodies and act as their primary point of contact.
At trade fairs, association meetings and conferences you are our networker and generate positive visibility.
You implement our sales campaigns for target industries and regions with full energy and creativity.
Requirements
You have completed a commercial vocational training or a relevant degree.
With at least 5 years of experience in customer relationship management, ideally in telephone sales or online sales and preferably in the training industry, you are a true professional.
You are a communication talent and present yourself confidently to funding bodies, companies and colleagues.
Your heart beats for sales and you work independently, in a structured way and with full motivation and personal responsibility.
You have high social competence and empathy is your middle name.
