Responsibilities
expanding our Insurance International Team and looking for you as a (Senior) Consultant Finance Transformation Insurance (all genders).
exciting projects focusing on digital finance transformation, insurance operations, and the design of target operating models.
design and document streamlined processes and target operating models – with a focus on financial reporting and insurance operations.
conduct data analysis and help identify key source systems to enable interface and data flow design.
identify and define business requirements to support the technical implementation of complex transformation projects in accounting, controlling or actuarial group function, and other finance related areas.
assess implementation options and collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to align the best solution.
assess the impact of transformation initiatives across departments and visualize changes to support transparent communication and decision-making.
Requirements
professional experience in management consulting or as an in-house consultant, with a focus on finance, accounting or controlling.
industry expertise in the (re)insurance sector, particularly in finance, operations or data management.
open to business trips across Europe and enjoy working in dynamic, cross-functional teams.
fluent in English and comfortable operating in an international environment.
