About the role
- Ciril GROUP seeks an Expert in Finances Publiques to enhance software for public finance. Collaborate with multi-functional teams to specify requirements and manage developments in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify improvement opportunities and change requests submitted by clients, then draft the requirements and functional specifications.
- Define test plans (and their automation) for these changes as well as for the existing system to ensure no regressions.
- Maintain regulatory watch and integrate applicable legislation, decrees, and circulars.
- Participate in the Agile organisation of the Development teams (backlog refinement, sprint planning, end-of-sprint demonstrations) to present new features.
Requirements
- Degree or specialized training in Public Finance
- At least 5 years’ experience with a software vendor or directly within a public-sector organization
- Good knowledge of public accounting
- Strong analytical, synthesis and writing skills
- Autonomy, organisation, and interpersonal skills
