About the role
- Join Ciril GROUP as a Functional Expert specializing in public finances software. Collaborate with multiple teams to enhance software functionalities in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify improvement opportunities and change requests raised by clients, then draft the requirements specification and functional specifications
- Define test plans (and their automation) for these changes as well as for existing functionality to ensure no regressions
- Monitor regulatory developments and integrate applicable legislation, decrees and circulars
- Participate in the Agile organization of Development teams (refinement sessions, Sprint planning, end-of-Sprint demonstrations, ...) to present new features
Requirements
- Degree in Public Finance or equivalent specialized training
- Minimum 5 years’ experience at a software publisher or directly within a public institution
- Good knowledge of public-sector accounting
- Strong analytical, synthesis and writing skills
- Ability to work independently, well-organized and strong interpersonal skills
