Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in business administration, economics, business informatics, computer science, financial mathematics, or in insurance/banking.
- Ideally a Master’s degree.
- Interest in consulting at the interface between business and IT within the banking and insurance sector.
- Enthusiasm for transforming a data-driven, innovation-led industry.
- Initial project management experience in the financial services environment.
- Both analytical/conceptual and hands‑on skills for tackling complex issues.
- Team player with self‑initiative and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Client-focused with professionalism and strong communication skills — in German and ideally also in English.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel for national or international project assignments.
