Responsibilities
Job posting;
Review job applications;
Screen resumes;
Analyze received resumes;
Assist with candidate scheduling;
Support candidate communication (sending tests, providing process feedback, etc.);
Conduct selection processes for operational positions;
Update vacancy status tracking;
Assist in creating and monitoring recruitment metrics;
Send candidate data for the onboarding process;
Support other team activities as needed.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field;
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Experience with AI tools (e.g., Copilot) is a plus.
