Responsibilities
You handle corporate design inquiries (e.g., evaluating applications regarding logo, colors, typefaces, etc.) and advise and support business units.
Your tasks include creating graphic materials (e.g., illustrations, project logos, infographics, etc.) according to corporate design guidelines for various brands.
You produce layouts according to existing corporate design guidelines (e.g., newsletters, awards, flyers, name badges, etc.), prepare materials up to prepress, and, where applicable, coordinate print output.
You research images, video and audio for various purposes in media libraries, edit them as needed, and visualize content for audiovisual and online media.
You research topics for the Corporate Design community in MS Teams, create content (e.g., posts), and support editorial planning.
You visualize complex information graphically and create or revise PowerPoint presentations.
Requirements
You are a matriculated student (m/f/d) in a communications, media design, or media management degree program.
Basic knowledge of corporate design and a confident handling of design elements such as logos, colors, typography and design principles are expected.
You are highly proficient with graphic software such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, or comparable programs like Affinity.
You have advanced skills with Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.
You are characterized by a careful and precise working style.
Strong communication skills and good verbal expression are among your strengths.
You are open-minded, committed and motivated — you enjoy working in a team and are happy to work independently.
Ideally, you are available to start immediately for a period of at least 6 months (up to 20 hrs/week).
