About the role
- Design and produce creative digital and print materials for marketing campaigns, adapting formats and styles to optimize performance. Requires experience with Photoshop, Illustrator or Figma and familiarity with digital marketing trends.
Responsibilities
- Develop and create designs for social media ads (Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads), ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and strong visual impact in campaigns.
- Produce creative variations of graphic assets, adjusting formats and styles according to marketing strategy to test different approaches and optimize results.
- Create graphic materials for marketing campaigns, including digital and printed assets, with a focus on aesthetics, functionality, and innovation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining visual quality and consistency across all deliverables.
- Provide client support: respond to WhatsApp messages and provide occasional follow-ups.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Must have a laptop or desktop computer for work
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma
- Familiarity with the digital marketing industry and current trends
- Experience designing for the digital market (photo-based creatives, short videos for social media, landing pages, etc.)
