About the role

Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement Docusign CLM+ workflows, templates, clauses, conditional logic, and approval routing.
- Customize contract generation, negotiation, and execution processes to meet business and legal requirements.
- Develop and maintain CLM+ agreement templates, clause libraries, metadata schemas, and document standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CLM+ configuration and performance issues.
- Build and support integrations between Docusign CLM+ and enterprise systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce, Oracle).
- Leverage Docusign APIs, webhooks, and CLM+ connectors for automation and data exchange.
- Support end-to-end contract automation from request intake through execution and archival.
- Implement access controls, user roles, and permission models in alignment with enterprise security standards.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and data governance requirements.
- Partner with Franchisee & Legal, Restaurant Development, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into CLM+ solutions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Docusign CLM+ configuration, administration and development.
- Strong understanding of contract workflows, legal terms, and approval processes.
- Experience with APIs, JSON, REST services, and system integrations.
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms and identity management (SSO, SCIM).
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- DocuSign CLM+ Administrator or Developer certification (preferred).
- Experience integrating CLM+ with CRM or ERP platforms (Salesforce, Oracle, etc.) (preferred).
- Experience in regulated or large-scale enterprise environments (preferred).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies (preferred).
