About the role
- Assessor Executivo (Bilíngue) supporting CFO and COO at Volkswagen Group Services. Involved in strategic operations, project support, and data analysis with international stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational support to the CFO and COO;
- Monitor and support the execution of strategic projects, tracking KPIs;
- Act as a facilitator between departments, ensuring strategic alignment of initiatives and deliverables;
- Consolidate and analyze information to produce executive reports and management dashboards, delivering data-driven insights to support decision-making;
- Lead alignment meetings, workshops, and project schedules;
- Produce executive PowerPoint presentations with a strategic perspective;
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards focused on performance indicators and results tracking;
- Interact with national and international stakeholders, fostering alignment and managing project communications;
- Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and appointments, ensuring efficient execution of the CFO’s and COO’s priorities.
Requirements
- Experience in corporate environments with multiple stakeholders and business areas;
- Experience with Power BI and data visualization tools;
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (traditional and/or agile);
- Advanced/Fluent English;
- Desirable: Knowledge of SAP;
- Desirable: Knowledge of German;
- Desirable: Intermediate/Advanced Spanish.
