Campaign Manager driving customer engagement by managing various campaigns in a modern banking environment. Collaborating with CRM teams and enhancing operational efficiency through data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
Design, management and implementation of service, business and cross-selling campaigns for existing customers
Responsibility for operational execution across all relevant channels (e.g., email, app, online banking, advisors, direct mail, ATMs, landing pages)
Subject-matter collaboration with CRM Analytics to define target groups, triggers and campaign logics
Monitoring, analysis and reporting of campaign performance for continuous optimization
Active participation in the introduction, further development and subject-matter support of CRM systems
Close coordination with Sales, business units and Customer Service
Requirements
Several years of relevant professional experience in campaign management, customer engagement or CRM — ideally in the banking or financial services sector
Strong understanding of existing-customer strategy, sales-oriented processes and cross-channel customer communication
Experience working with CRM systems and an affinity for data, KPIs and performance analysis
Strong project and process management skills
Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
Very good German and English skills
