Customer Success Manager for DACH customers optimizing recruitment technology through onboarding and long-term growth. Drive customer satisfaction and retention in a fast-growing scale-up.
Responsibilities
Help DACH customers succeed by turning recruitment technology into real business impact, from onboarding to long-term growth
Guide customers through structured onboarding and implementation projects, from intake to go-live
Manage a portfolio of customers in the DACH region and act as their primary point of contact within RecruitNow
Drive adoption, NPS and long-term retention
Identify risks, opportunities and optimization potential and scalability proactively
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management within a SaaS company or scale-up
Experience with recruitment software, HR tech, or ATS platforms is a strong plus
Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills
Clear and effective communication skills (online, phone, email, presentations)
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
Professional proficiency in German and English (spoken and written)
