Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Manager you are our face to the customer to ensure long-term retention and success and to make Lease a Bike the most popular employee benefit at our partner companies.
You are responsible for building and maintaining a close, long-term partnership with customers.
For new customers you manage the rollout of the bike leasing process and our portal to enable quick time-to-value.
You plan and host customer and employee events online (webinars) or on-site and involve our partners from brick-and-mortar bike retailers.
You provide advice on all matters related to employee bike leasing, employee benefits and mobility services and act as a competent point of contact for our customers.
You support the exchange of experience, process optimizations and the development of new strategies in collaboration with the team.
You increase leasing rates through the implementation of targeted sales strategies.
Requirements
You have a degree in business administration and/or completed vocational training and several years of professional experience in Customer Success or Key Account Management.
Ideally, you already have knowledge of mobility services and employee benefits.
A high degree of self-organization, commitment, resilience and a strong sense of responsibility characterize you.
You embrace agile values, promote open communication and have a good sense of team dynamics.
You enjoy creating and delivering presentations, both online and in person.
You have excellent communication skills (German/English), a strong service orientation and are a team player.
You are used to working toward targets and documenting your results and achievements.
