Responsibilities
You develop segment and portfolio strategies for TV and entertainment propositions that strengthen commercial success.
You analyze market, competitor and target group developments and derive clear recommendations for action.
You plan, manage and develop marketing activities for TV and entertainment products — from strategic definition to operational execution.
You work closely with creative, media and performance agencies as well as content partners and steer them confidently.
You identify challenges and independently develop cross-functional solutions, taking them through to decision-ready proposals.
You present results, strategies and business cases appropriately for the audience in PowerPoint and convince stakeholders at all levels.
You lead and manage cross-functional projects and programs at peer and team lead / group lead / area lead levels.
Requirements
University degree (Bachelor's or equivalent) in a relevant field.
Several years of professional experience (4–6 years) in marketing — ideally with a focus on campaign development, product marketing or entertainment/TV.
Experience managing and collaborating with agencies and external partners.
Experience marketing digital or TV-based products.
Strong analytical and strategic skills and a confident, structured approach to working with numbers.
Very good PowerPoint skills for preparing and presenting complex topics.
Very good English skills, written and spoken (C1 CEFR).
