About the role
- Project Delivery Lead managing full lifecycle of complex, multi-country tech projects. Ensuring successful delivery and continuous improvement within Vodafone and its partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management activities including scope definition, detailed planning, financial oversight, and stakeholder engagement.
- Build and manage international matrix teams, ensuring collaboration across diverse geographies and functions.
- Ensure compliance with project governance standards and demonstrate best practices in delivery.
- Provide accurate progress reporting, proactively manage risks and issues, and escalate effectively when needed.
- Coordinate with multiple external partners and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Champion quality and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the delivery model.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering complex IT projects on time, within budget, and to specification.
- Skilled in managing multiple projects across the full lifecycle of IT product development.
- Strong background in international matrix environments and cross-functional collaboration.
- Working knowledge of data centre and cloud infrastructure, as well as application architecture.
- Holds relevant certifications such as Prince2, PMP, Agile or SAFe.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience in an IT environment.
