Responsibilities
- Lead Business Transformation Projects
- Manage end‑to‑end delivery of transformation initiatives including new technologies (e.g., AI tools like Amplify), legislative changes, systems updates, and commercial changes.
- Break complex problems into actionable project plans, ensuring milestones, risks, and dependencies are clearly tracked.
- Assess and report on ROI, commercial opportunities, and financial impacts of initiatives (e.g., job boards, umbrella management, legislative shifts).
- Analyse where processes break down, identify root causes, and develop solutions that fix issues sustainably, not superficially.
- Define, document, and optimise workflows across Sales, Operations, Compliance, and central functions.
- Establish repeatable processes that reduce friction and support scalability across the business.
- Build strong relationships across Sales, Ops, Compliance, Marketing, and Finance to ensure project success.
- Evaluate the commercial performance of job boards, vendor tools, and other investments — making data‑driven recommendations.
- Oversee vendor relationships for umbrellas, job boards, and technology solutions.
Requirements
- Recruitment & sales background — credible with Sales, ideally having billed or run a successful desk.
- Project management expertise with the ability to handle complex, detail‑heavy initiatives.
- Process‑oriented problem solver with experience identifying root causes, designing & implementing solutions.
- Commercially minded with strong understanding of ROI, cost‑benefit analysis, and the financial drivers of a recruitment business.
- Change management experience with the confidence to navigate resistance and influence stakeholders positively.
