Responsibilities
- Effectively manage complex OT & IT projects, drive operational efficiency and deliver successful outcomes
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and budgets
- Manage the day to day activities of project team, ensuring project teams stay on task and on schedule
- Act as the primary point of contact between project teams and clients
- Monitor project progress and report on project status to upper management
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
- Streamline governance and efficient risk mitigation processes
- Threat analysis/threat modelling and vulnerabilities management
Requirements
- Bring a combination of technical knowledge, project management expertise, industry specific experience and strong leadership skills
- Strong understanding of OT & IT systems
- Understanding of PowerOn ADMS (desirable)
- Proven experience in integrating OT solutions with IT systems ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency
- Familiarity with OT cyber security standards and practices, including risk assessment and mitigation strategics to protect industrial networks
- Demonstrated experience in developing comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, resources and budget management
- Proven track record of effectively communicating with and managing stakegolders, including clients, vendors and internal teams
- Ability to identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery
- Experience in implementing quality control measures to ensure project outcomes meet or exceed industry standards
- Experience in regulated industries such as energy, utilities where OT is pivotal to operations Control implementation, monitoring, testing attestation per frameworks
