Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO, helping evaluate priorities, identify operational gaps, and drive alignment across teams
Lead cross-functional initiatives that accelerate business performance—GTM optimization, resource planning, org design, OKR development, and operational cadence
Partner closely with Finance on budget planning, forecasting, scenario modeling, and unit economics
Build and refine scalable systems, processes, and workflows across the company
Develop dashboards, performance metrics, and decision frameworks that help leadership allocate resources effectively
Own special projects that require structured problem solving, cross-functional leadership, and high-context decision-making
Support the CEO in preparing materials for board meetings, fundraising, strategic planning, and partner communications
Identify operational risks, create mitigation plans, and ensure teams stay focused on highest-impact work
Requirements
5–10 years of experience in strategic operations, business operations, FP&A, management consulting, finance, or a similar analytical/strategic role.
Experience in a high-growth startup (Series A–C ideal), with exposure to scaling teams, implementing processes, and driving operational discipline
Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, SaaS metrics, and business performance analysis
Comfortable partnering directly with founders and executives; able to influence without authority
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights
A builder mindset—excited to create structure, define processes, and improve systems in an environment where not everything is in place yet
High bias toward action, ownership, and follow-through
Comfort with ambiguity and context-switching; thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
