B2B Product Consultant in electronic equipment revenue management at Vivo, enhancing client experience and market strategy. Manage product portfolio and oversee distributor negotiations while ensuring performance KPIs.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing, evolving and managing the equipment resale business model and leading Apple management and support activities, covering requirements definition, restructuring, go-to-market and sales, including performance management (KPIs) and continuous improvement.
Manage the resale portfolio of IT equipment (notebooks, desktops, monitors and corporate devices).
Create and evolve the product roadmap, taking market trends, competitive analysis and customer needs into account.
Conduct evaluation and management of manufacturers, distributors and partners, negotiating commercial terms, inventory, availability and SLAs.
Prepare complete business cases (pricing, margin, demand, financial viability and ROI).
Support the commercial team with materials, pitches, training and value analyses.
Lead homologation/qualification processes, tests and pilots with enterprise customers.
Requirements
Desired certifications: Apple Device Manager; Apple Deployment and Management.
Degree and/or post-graduate education preferred in: Technology, Engineering, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or Finance.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for detailed analyses and high-impact executive presentations.
Knowledge of Power BI and other automation and reporting tools.
Experience with digital products and familiarity with the Telecom market.
Understanding of product lifecycle management.
Intermediate level of English or Spanish.
