About the role

Consultor Cloud designing AI solutions for automation at Vivo, utilizing advanced technologies for optimal client experiences. Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to drive innovation.

Responsibilities

Design and implement Artificial Intelligence solutions applied to automations, using pre-trained models, LLMs, open-source models or commercial APIs (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, etc);
Design complex automated workflows integrating AI, enterprise systems, APIs and workflow platforms (Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, n8n, etc);
Develop data processing pipelines to support intelligent automations (extraction, classification, summarization, insight generation, etc);
Create and evolve scalable cloud architectures to host models and automations;
Implement and monitor responsive and secure AI solutions, following Responsible AI principles;
Conduct experiments and POCs to validate models and automations prior to industrialization;
Support internal teams in adopting and integrating AI and automation solutions into daily processes;
Investigate and resolve incidents related to pipelines, models and automations;
Ensure data governance, security, performance and compliance in the solutions developed.

Experience with applied AI solutions for processes (LLMs, NLP, computer vision, agents, RAG, etc);
Experience with AI in Cloud (Azure AI Studio, Azure OpenAI, AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI);
Experience with automation via low-code/no-code platforms or orchestrators (Power Automate, Logic Apps, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, n8n);
Programming in Python (particularly for automation, APIs and model usage);
Solid knowledge of Cloud architecture (Azure, OCI, GCP) - networking, serverless, API Gateway, security, monitoring;
Practical knowledge of pipelines (DevOps/MLOps), versioning and CI/CD;
Experience with integration of REST APIs, Webhooks and event-driven architectures;
Experience with AI and automation engineering methodologies: RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, agent orchestration;
Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Azure AI Search);
Familiarity with Responsible AI practices, LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) and security applied to AI;
Knowledge of containers (Docker) and, optionally, Kubernetes;
Certifications in AI or Cloud (Azure AI Engineer, Azure Architect, etc).
