- Identify variances and financial impacts and define action plans.
- Analyze technical queries from clients.
Requirements
- Degree in Nursing with active COREN registration.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Experience in the health benefits market, medical auditing, brokers and health plan operators.
- Strong analytical and clinical care skills.
- Strategic mindset.
- Experience developing health indicators/metrics.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Good communication skills.
