Responsibilities
Structure and implement the corporate Lean Six Sigma program covering industrial, logistics, commercial and administrative pillars.
Coordinate the training and certification of Black Belts, Green Belts, Yellow Belts and White Belts in partnership with approved providers and corporate HR.
Define, monitor and report to the Executive Board on operational maturity indicators (QMS maturity scale → 5S → TPM → Lean → Lean Six Sigma) and the financial results of projects.
Lead high-complexity DMAIC projects, acting as coach and sponsor for cross-functional teams.
Establish and manage the continuous improvement office (Operational Excellence PMO), including methodology, tooling, governance and communication.
Promote senior leadership and business unit engagement through Kaizen events, workshops, A3 thinking and industry benchmarking initiatives.
Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities based on data analysis (Minitab, Power BI, ERP), VSM, FMEA, capability studies (Cpk) and OEE.
Ensure sustainability of results through standardization (SOPs, work instructions) and knowledge transfer to local leaders.
Manage the continuous improvement program budget and present ROI to executive sponsors.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial), Business Administration or related fields.
Postgraduate/MBA in Operations Management, Lean Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Quality (desirable).
Strong hands-on experience in continuous improvement with significant experience leading teams and corporate programs.
Proven experience leading Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) projects with measurable financial impact.
Experience in medium to large companies, preferably in industrial, logistics, pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
Mastery of Lean Manufacturing methodologies (VSM, SMED, TPM, 5S, Kanban, Poka-Yoke, Kaizen) and Six Sigma tools (DMAIC, FMEA, MSA, SPC, DOE, Cpk).
Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile/Scrum).
Experience with analytical and data tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, Minitab or similar) and ERP systems (preferably SAP).
Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485).
Intermediate to advanced English (desirable).
Six Sigma Black Belt certification (required).
Master Black Belt certification and advanced courses in data analysis/BI will be considered differentiators.
