About the role
- Mobilisation Manager at Xyla healthcare services supporting NHS contracts and managing clinical insourcing services. Building relationships with NHS clients and ensuring contract compliance.
Responsibilities
- Attend site visits and manage mobilisation meetings with NHS clients to support with the mobilisation of a diverse portfolio of clinical insourcing services.
- Ensure our contracts are fully staffed by engaging with healthcare workers and building out rotas, and collaborate with our compliance team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Support our clinical leadership team to manage any risks identified as part of the mobilisation process and ensure the timely reporting and investigation of any incidents.
- Be responsible for tracking and forecasting sales, providing a weekly update with bridge analysis from the prior week to the Head of Mobilisation.
- Actively promote other services across the organisation when interacting with our NHS clients.
