Requirements
6–8 years of progressive HR experience
expertise in Total Rewards Management
leadership experience
strong analytical skills
advanced to expert EXCEL skills
experience with HRIS systems (Workday or ADP Workforce Now is an asset)
CHRP/CHRL or CCP designation preferred
bilingual (English/French) is an asset
