Responsibilities
Define and evolve the roadmap for scheduling services and vaccinations, aligned with the strategic guidelines of the RD Saúde group;
Lead discovery, experimentation, and hypothesis validation based on data (Amplitude), prioritizing real impact;
Prioritize the backlog balancing business needs, user expectations, and technical capacity;
Build an integrated product vision across multiple areas, navigating corporate governance and aligning strategic stakeholders;
Support the team's seniorization by sharing best practices, frameworks, and a strategic vision;
Ensure integration between digital channels and the pharmacies' physical operations, delivering a seamless, user-centered experience;
Monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities, and propose data-driven improvements.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager in digital products;
Experience in environments with multiple stakeholders and the need to align corporate governance;
Proficiency with product analytics tools;
Ability to build a strategic product vision collaboratively within complex ecosystems;
Strong experience in stakeholder management, expectation alignment, and corporate negotiation;
Knowledge of agile methodologies, discovery frameworks, and prioritization techniques (RICE, Value vs Effort, OKRs);
Ability to mentor and develop other product professionals.
