Responsibilities
Manages a portfolio of clients acting as main point of contact for the clients assigned, escalating when necessary.
Manages, works, and controls the full payroll cycle, making the appropriate checks.
Prepares and takes care of the presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual withholding income tax (Forms 111/216/190/296/345).
Responsible for the preparation and filing of social security forms (RNT /RLC/CRA).
Hires & Leavers coordination.
Manages, prepares and controls Companies’ payroll registration process.
Works in close collaboration with other departments for any items that may have crossed impact.
Follows the company quality standards and processes.
Requirements
University education in Relaciones Laborales or similar
Good level of English
Proficiency of Spanish Language to be in contact with the Administration
