Responsibilities
- Lead Visions Management’s Technology Management division overseeing technology-related workplace projects
- Manage a portfolio of projects including IT infrastructure implementations and new office launches
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for all technology-related project delivery
- Ensure all projects align with Visions Management’s standards, processes, and quality expectations
- Build strong relationships with client leadership and key stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts
- Ensure project documentation, reporting, and closeout procedures are completed
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience managing technology projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- One or more relevant certifications, PMP, CAPM, CSM, SAFe, CompTIA, or comparable technology or infrastructure certifications
- Strong client relationship management and executive communication skills
- Experience supporting business development or account growth
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
- Strong financial and operational management skills
- Experience limited to software development or application implementation programs will not be considered sufficient for this role.
