About the role
- Senior SAP Financial Consultant specializing in Finance projects involving SAP S/4HANA. Transforms client projects from SAP ECC to S/4HANA with innovative solutions and strategic support.
Responsibilities
- As a Senior Consultant, you take responsibility for our exciting client projects with a focus on Finance/Controlling in the S/4HANA area (Cloud ERP and Cloud ERP Private)
- You further develop new technologies in Finance/Controlling for our clients (Cloud ERP, Fiori, Central Finance)
- You support clients in the transformation from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, including migration of FI/CO data and processes
- You are at the center of activities, guiding the entire cycle from developing an S/4HANA roadmap to implementation projects (from planning and design through testing and go-live)
- You are responsible for the effective, on-time and on-budget delivery of projects using the SAP Activate project methodology
- Independent working and taking ownership for the success of our client projects come naturally to you
- You develop a joint Finance and Controlling strategy by understanding our clients’ needs and applying your SAP expertise
- Together with our clients you develop and document process and system solution concepts.
Requirements
- You hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field – an IT apprenticeship or relevant professional experience is also welcome
- You bring several years of experience in Finance/Controlling and related modules; knowledge of customizing is desirable
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA and Cloud ERP / Cloud ERP Private projects as well as pre-project activities such as Fit-Gap workshops
- You are well versed in business processes in accounting and controlling
- You work independently, are goal-oriented and hands-on, and think analytically, conceptually and creatively
- You demonstrate strong communication, facilitation skills, team spirit, assertiveness and an entrepreneurial mindset
- You are service-oriented, have very good German and English skills, and are willing to travel.
