Responsibilities
Independent management and dynamic development of the assigned sales territory with direct impact on business success
Active maintenance of existing customer relationships and targeted outreach to potential new clients with a strategic focus
Consulting and sales of tailored IT, software, and digitalization projects
Central role in professionally handling public tenders: analysis, coordination, preparation of compelling proposals, and presentation of fit-for-purpose solutions to decision-makers
Preparation of precise quotes and contracts as well as negotiation and successful closing of deals
Organization and participation in targeted events with prospects, customers, and partners to strengthen market presence and nurture relationships
Requirements
Solid, several years of sales experience in consulting and successful selling of ICT, ERP, or DMS solutions
Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent qualification with relevant practical experience
Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style with a strong results focus
Strong communicator with empathy, high initiative, and enjoyment of customer interaction
Hands-on mentality: flexible, resilient, motivated, and always solution-oriented
Professional demeanor combined with convincing impact and strong presence in customer settings
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital affinity
Fluent German (spoken and written), good command of English; French and/or Italian are a plus
Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to act independently
Solid understanding of contract law (OR) and confident handling of legal frameworks
Valid driving license category B
Experience working with public administrations, especially with procurement processes, is a clear advantage
