Responsibilities
Conduct periodic corporate and operational risk assessments;
Support business areas in identifying new risk exposures, proposing mitigation plans and corrective actions;
Prepare, review and consolidate risk matrices, ensuring alignment with the current management model;
Monitor critical risks (KRIs) and support the implementation of risk-reduction initiatives;
Support the implementation of preventive and protective controls, ensuring compliance with internal policies;
Track the corporate action plan, ensuring deadlines, owners and effectiveness of deliverables.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Law or related fields;
Experience in risk management, internal controls, audit, compliance or related areas;
Knowledge of risk management frameworks (COSO, ISO 31000, three lines of defense model);
Experience in process mapping and control design;
Analytical ability to assess risks, data and indicators;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Power BI.
