About the role

  • Commercial Account Executive role focused on generating new business for veritree, a planting management platform. Responsible for the full sales cycle and creative outreach with mid-market companies.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Generate pipeline through creative outbound, effectively managing inbound leads, events, and your own referral network
  • Multi-thread buyers across Marketing, Sustainability, ESG, and executive stakeholders
  • Maintain 3–4x pipeline coverage
  • Close new logo business within the $20K–$100K ACV range
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless handoffs and long-term expansion

Requirements

  • 3+ years closing SaaS deals in the $20K–$100K ACV range
  • Experience selling into companies up to $250M in revenue
  • Proven record of exceeding revenue targets
  • Demonstrated outbound pipeline generation success
  • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes
  • CRM and AI proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
