Responsibilities
Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple functions
Leverage the latest ATS & CRM technology to ensure an efficient and compliant recruitment process.
Build strong partnerships with business and HR stakeholders
Requirements
2–3 years’ recruitment experience (agency or in‑house)
Proven sourcing and hiring capability at scale
Knowledge of AI‑enabled recruitment tools and their practical application across sourcing, screening and hiring processes
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent English
Technical recruitment experience within insurance and/or experience with AI‑enabled recruitment tools is a plus
