Responsibilities
Design and optimization of central banking processes related to cards, online banking, international business, payment systems and payment processes
Coordination of interdisciplinary process teams and participation in cross-departmental optimization projects
Analysis, further development and optimization of existing banking processes, particularly in payments, cards and online banking
Documentation and modeling of processes (e.g., using IBO Prometheus)
Administration of IT-supported processes and maintenance of process-relevant systems
Data-driven process optimization and support in querying, analyzing and visualizing process-related data
Requirements
University degree (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics, IT or similar) or a banking qualification with relevant further training (e.g., certified banking specialist such as Bankbetriebswirt)
At least 2–3 years of professional experience in the banking sector or in process management
Strong process understanding, process-oriented thinking and interest in banking processes
High IT affinity, quick comprehension and solid technical understanding
Self-initiative, a structured working style and enthusiasm for independently developing processes
Team player, strong communication skills and willingness to work across departments
