Solution Architect delivering pre-sales technical support, presentations, and product demonstrations for Gupy. Engaging with clients to translate technical needs into sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
Work on complex deals, especially involving multiple Gupy modules, integrations, and automations.
Participate in meetings with clients and prospects, translating business needs into viable, scalable technical solutions.
Design and validate integration architectures between internal systems, partners, and Gupy platforms (via APIs, automations, or connectors).
Support the sales team during the discovery and technical qualification of opportunities.
Lead technical presentations and conversations with a commercial focus, contributing to the solution's value narrative.
Act as the link between Sales, Engineering, and Product, ensuring proposed solutions are technically feasible and aligned with Gupy's strategy.
Actively participate in preparing responses to RFPs and RFIs, in collaboration with Product and Engineering.
Contribute to the development of technical materials, architecture standards, and integration templates used by the team.
Stay up to date on the product roadmap, the integration ecosystem, and SaaS/HR Tech market trends.
Support continuous improvement of the commercial process, helping reduce risk and accelerate deal closure.
Requirements
Experience in technical pre-sales / sales engineering / solution consulting, preferably in a SaaS company.
Track record with complex (enterprise) sales and multiple stakeholders.
Background in technical sales or hybrid roles (commercial + technical).
Ability to design and discuss integrations, APIs, and system architectures.
Knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP), SFTP, webhooks, and HTTP responses.
Clear, structured communication skills, translating technical topics for business audiences.
Organized, analytical thinker with autonomy to work across multiple fronts simultaneously.
Fluent in English (Spanish desirable).
