Responsibilities
Position context: As part of the development of its marketplace (Brandsplace), the B2B Home sales division is looking for a work-study Account Manager who will support the team in growing and consolidating its business model for the long term.
Purpose of the role: Reporting to the Sales Team Manager, the Account Manager supports their manager and the sales team in the day-to-day management of the brands listed on Brandsplace. They contribute to the strategic decisions for the Home category through detailed performance analyses and competitive monitoring aimed at: improving sales effectiveness, defining annual business plans with category-leading brands, and supporting commercial pitches & meetings.
Work context and environment: Work-study position. Daily work in an open-plan office on computer as part of a team. Remote work possible according to company policy. Occasional travel to trade shows and brand meetings may be required.
Requirements
Higher education in business (equivalent to Master’s level / Bac+4/5 – final-year students accepted)
Analytical mindset and a strong interest in commercial/business activities
Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets is required
Professional proficiency in English
Previous professional experience in e-commerce or the beauty sector is required
Adaptability, initiative, team spirit and a taste for challenge are essential to thrive in a dynamic and ambitious organization
