Executive Assistant managing high-level executive support for Veeam Software's CEO. Requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office with on-site requirements.
Responsibilities
Partner closely with another EA to ensure seamless support of the Office of the CEO.
Proactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing events, activities, and calendars.
Manage complex calendars and scheduling with senior leadership, maintaining diplomacy and discretion.
Organize, prioritize, and appropriately handle time-sensitive and confidential information, ensuring timely follow-up and action.
Organize, execute, and assist with team activities.
Ensure well-organized and up-to-date travel logistics, expense reports, and other administrative needs.
Collaborate with the EA team to manage onsite meals, events, and employee activities, and ensure the office is well stocked with kitchen and office supplies.
Liaise with property management on facility work orders as needed.
Prioritize Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity initiatives for your executives.

Requirements
5+ Years supporting high level executives
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
This role is currently working onsite five days a week
Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
