Executive Assistant enabling day-to-day operations and supporting the CEO and Executive Team at Neko Health. Coordinating calendars, meetings, events, and improving administrative workflows.
Responsibilities
Support the coordination of executive calendars, helping to optimise scheduling across the Exec Team and ensure alignment, visibility, and efficient use of time.
Coordinate team off-sites and group activities managing logistics end-to-end to ensure smooth and well-executed events.
Prepare high-quality meeting materials, including agendas, pre-reads, and follow-ups, to improve effectiveness and accountability across executive and leadership meetings.
Manage travel logistics across the Exec Team, ensuring seamless planning and detailed itineraries, while coordinating closely with executives on preferences and requirements.
Drive improvements in administrative processes and workflows, helping to increase efficiency, consistency, and communication across the leadership team.
Work with EA to CEO to build out and manage an operating calendar for the Executive Team and wider business.
Requirements
2–3 years of relevant experience in administrative, coordination, and executive support roles.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Proficiency in common productivity tools.
