Requirements
Commercial vocational training in the insurance industry and several years of experience in customer support at a multi-line insurer
In-depth insurance knowledge of private and occupational pension schemes and personal non-life insurance (UVG/UVG-Z/KTG) as well as other corporate insurance products
Strong service orientation with a structured and precise working style
Self-motivated, reliable and composed individual
Excellent written and spoken German
Swiss Federal Diploma in Insurance (desirable)
