Upload risk documents correctly, with strong version control and file discipline.
Contribute to huddles and ad hoc meetings to review performance and KPIs.
Share learning and practical tips with colleagues.
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and a process-led mindset
Clear written and verbal communication
Ability to organise, prioritise, and manage your own caseload
Ability to work independently and collaborate, including active participation in huddles
Confidence working to KPIs for quality and productivity
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, plus confidence in learning new systems quickly
Comfort working across multiple systems, including case management and document tools
