About the role

• Document Manager overseeing document control and quality assurance at Vantage Data Centers. Collaborating with teams for successful execution of construction processes across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of document control for all construction projects, from initiation through closeout.
• Develop, implement, and maintain standardized document control systems and processes.
• Develop and maintain templates for project reporting, compliance, and technical documentation.
• Administer Procore platform including document hierarchy, naming conventions, workflows, permissions, and compliance checks.
• Provide training and support to users on the effective use of the EDMS and document control procedures.
• Establish, maintain, and administer the electronic document management system (EDMS) and/or physical filing systems.
• Facilitate the timely setup and onboarding of vendors in accordance with document control requirements.
• Ensure all documents are properly reviewed, approved, archived, and retrievable per corporate standards.
• Act as the primary liaison between project teams, legal, and accounting departments for all document-related matters.
• Train and mentor Project Coordinators and other staff in document control best practices and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in document control or project coordination within construction environments, with audit experience strongly preferred.
• Data center construction experience is a significant plus.
• Familiarity with CSA and MEP disciplines and their associated documentation.
• Experience using Procore or similar construction/project management software.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
