Responsibilities
Business development & client acquisition
Identifying, qualifying and winning new clients and projects
Independently building and maintaining an active sales pipeline
Developing acquisition strategies, target account lists and market segmentations
Participating in industry events, trade shows and networking formats to generate leads
Sales management & reporting
Responsibility for new client revenue and sales KPIs
Establishing and maintaining a transparent CRM process with forecasting and reporting to executive management
Preparing proposals and cost calculations together with project managers
Conducting contract and price negotiations in coordination with management
Acting as the interface with Marketing and Communications in creating sales-related content
Requirements
Several years of experience in B2B sales or business development
Passion for UX, design, software, technology and innovation
Strong negotiation skills and a confident presence at decision-maker level (C-level, procurement, business units)
Experience with CRM tools, lead management and sales reporting
Strong sense for customer needs and market opportunities
Structured, proactive and self-reliant working style
Confident presentation skills in German (C1) and good command of English
Willingness to travel for client meetings, networking events and presentations
