Oversee the development, pricing and implementation of the Business Savings & Money Market Account strategies
Manage short- and long-term outcomes of rate pricing impacts on the business deposits product portfolio
Influences pricing decisions, product offerings, and end-to-end product management
Develops, analyses, monitors, and reports on product performance metrics
Engage with enabling functions to position and promote supported and planned strategy
Identify initial and ongoing business savings & MMA pricing use cases
Requirements
Product Management experience
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Typically five to seven years of relevant experience
Advanced product management or similar experience
Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills
Background in fostering an environment of innovation and customer centricity, institutionalizing agile innovation practices, and a customer insight to action culture
Experience with Business Banking user base
Experience in a high-pressure matrixed environment with exposure to multidisciplinary teams
Experience in liquidity management and pricing, financial analysis
Experience in Deposit pricing
